You’re about to relax on a Saturday morning when you hear water running in the bathroom. When you open the cabinet under the sink to see what’s happening, you find a pipe leaking and spraying water everywhere. So, what do you do when you have time to yourself?

Stop the water from coming in.
You have to turn off the water supply to the leaking pipe before you can start fixing it. To turn off the water, turn the valve as far as it will go in the clockwise direction.

- If you don’t have any of the above, you can use a roll of duct tape. This tape can be used for many different things. It is woven with fabric to make it stronger and stick better in damp places. Use the same method as silicone tape to overlap it several times and hang it on both sides of the crack. Once this problem is fixed, you shouldn’t have to call a plumber again.
